EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS INCLUDING DOUBLE GARAGE
This particular job has been one of our largest exterior projects to date and took seven weeks to complete. For the most part of this project we worked from scaffolding and a hired cherry picker to reach the chimney stacks. I had my team work to the following specification :
Power washed the whole building down to remove dirt and applied a anti-fungicidal wash to all dash walls.
Prepared all wood work, re-placed window putty,spot primed, applied two coats of weathershield undercoat
and finished in white weather guard gloss.
All cast gutters and pipe work was prepared primed with red oxide, undercoated and finished in black weather guard gloss.
All dashed walls had two coats of crown opal stormguard masonry paint.
We also replaced several areas of rotten wood with new at the owners request.
